First I accepted the award from Florida Authors and Publishers Association for Golid in Adult Fiction: Fantasy/Occult (paranormal) in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. That was fun though it made for a long day with having to race home ahead of hurricane Debby!

Next, Atlanta’s Guide to Cryptids got a five star review and then an Honorable Mention from Reader’s Choice awards in Fiction – Paranormal category. I won’t be able to attend the ceremonies in Miami as I have convention booked that weekend. Please – no more hurricanes.

Honorable Mention is technically fifth in the category — still pleased.
